Asphalt paving of rural roads in Sitochori and Patriki
The asphalt paving of rural road construction of the project “Upgrading of an existing rural road in support of the primary sector of the Municipality of Visaltia” started with a study budget of 360.000,00 €, through the Public Investment Program, with funding from the Ministry of Infrastructure with the personal interference of the Minister Mr. Costas Karamanlis.
This project concerns rural roads in the areas of Patriki and Sitochori. Asphalt paving will continue in the rest of the Municipality throughout the year.
These are important interventions aimed at improving access to agricultural land and livestock farms, with easier and faster access to agricultural machinery.
The Municipality of Visaltia continues with a program and planning to create conditions that facilitate access to agricultural and livestock farms of farmers and stockbreeders.
